• Received recognition for developing equipment that reduces replacement and repair costs, enhances efficiency, and is now being adopted across other facilities.
• Collaborating with contractors to diagnose IT and network issues, repair malfunctioning equipment, and ensure systems, including firmware, are fully updated. Replacing faulty switches and modules when needed and collaborating with the help desk to keep facility operations running smoothly while identifying potential IT concerns.
• Ensure that devices are equipped with endpoint encryption to maintain compliance with data protection standards and mitigate the risk of data exposure.
• Set up the computers and laptops for end users, ensuring the ports are properly configured and activated. Assist in resolving Local Area Network (LAN) issues when necessary and coordinate with Network Services for any network or infrastructure changes, as well as address Wide Area Network (WAN), LAN, and Internet issues.
• Help launch new facility and train new hires on system operations, welding techniques, troubleshooting equipment, and operation.
• Proficient in resolving mechanical and electrical issues, with the ability to diagnose problems in mechanical power transmission, electrical systems, contactors, relays, VFDs, or PLC/controls through troubleshooting at both component and system levels.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment while managing various tasks and work orders.
• Effectively communicate verbally and in writing with coworkers and managers to ensure clarity across shifts and develop procedures for others to follow.
• Experienced in inspiring teams to reach their highest potential by promoting a unified vision and empowering individuals to take initiative. Demonstrated success in leading effectively and positively impacting diverse groups.
